    Monday, 10/4
    Alex Merritt, 1

    -read board outside
    -p/u united states map and use textbook to fill out (pg. RA 6-7)
    -put away and pop quiz on map, if you get a 96% or higher then you dont have to take it again on Thursday
    -fill out capitals on map
    -powerpoint: The Columbian Exchange, take notes on new pgs.

    ** map quiz on all 50 states on Thursday 10/7

    -p/u 1 sheet, Columbus & Bartholomew, pair up an do reading assesment
    -checked out textbooks to bring home
    -remaining class time reading worksheet and on pg.2 in your notebook answering the questions on wrksht

    ** study map for Thursday 10/7 AND it is Alex's Birthday tomorrow

    New World Colonization and Columbian Exchange

    -p/u 2 sheets: 1 green, 1 pink
    -5 min. study time for map quiz
    -took map quiz on all 50 states (if not exempt)
    -subsctn summary (textbk: Ch.2, sctn. 2, pgs. 62-64) checked and stamped if complete
    -filled out venn diagram on New World Colonization (pink sheet)and then briefly discuss
    -Lecture and discussion on Columbian Exchange (took a few notes)

    -finish filling out pink sheet (venn diagram of colonization)
